I had a great stay at this hotel in the center of Phang-Nga. The location was perfect for exploring the local market and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The rooms on the second floor with a balcony were clean and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and filled me up for the day ahead.
Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

My Christmas at this hotel was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in a long time. The rooms were neat and modern, with very comfortable beds and all the basic amenities like the free WiFi and air conditioning that were in perfect working condition. I liked that the hotel is centrally located and the surrounding areas are bustling with food stalls and shopping. The staff were an added bonus; they were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home.
The only downside for me was that the rooms were quite small, but for a solo traveler, it was not a big deal. Additionally, the hotel did not have a lift so carrying the luggage to the upstairs rooms was a bit of a workout, which made it a bit inconvenient for me as I was traveling with heavy luggage. Despite these issues, I had a great time at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phang-Nga town and had a great experience. the location was perfect - right in the center of town. Everything was easily accessible, including a night market for food. Secondly, the staff was fantastic. They were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great shower and balcony on the second floor. I couldn't have asked for more.
Everything was perfect - nothing to improve!

During our xmas stay, we appreciated the easy access to a night market nearby and the bus station. The hotel also had a good selection of food for sale and free tea and coffee during the day. we enjoyed the day trip to the national park and rented a bike from a nearby tour company.
Our stay was marred by a number of issues. The internet was slow and difficult to use for anything beyond basic email.

The location is fantastic, with shops and food stalls close by. The rooms were spotless and the shower was powerful. The attention to detail in this hotel, such as the rooms with a balcony on the second floor, really made my stay enjoyable.
No major issues, everything was fine.
